New Era Ahead

Safe4sure is very pleased to announce our success in achieving approved centre status from City and Guilds. We are hoping by the end of May to be start delivering the module training. This will enable us to award a City and Guilds to delegates who successfully complete the award. Our new website will have the dates and modules of the courses that we will be running as soon as we can work them in. Safe4sure will remain very proactive with our approach to training. We will continue to invest in course development as well as certification, professional qualifications and centre development. Our new website has been launched and is successfully maintaining our interest levels and making life easier for people to purchase goods or book a course. The new calendar function is proving a massive hit with people trying to book in courses and it is making life easier for administration staff. But we haven’t finished yet! You will be able to see more features, functions and helpful tools added on to the site in the next month.

We have just done deals with Crowcon, RAE Systems, GFG and BW to distribute their products. We took this step to marry these suppliers up to MSA, with whom we maintain an excellent relationship with, to ensure we have coverage in the UK market. We don’t want to just supply and go! We are also service agents for all the different suppliers and we want to ensure the customer is the beneficiary of this service. So if you have any gas detection portables whether new or old then please ask us for a quote to service. We will carry on pushing the Ridgegear product range as this has grown substantially over the last 12 months and we maintain our excellent relationship with an excellent manufacturer. We aim to become National specialists for Gas Monitors, Training, Service and Hire.

City and Guilds Centre

CITY AND GUILDS 6150

It has been a long time coming but we have managed to get our approval for running the 6150 City and Guilds Confined Space course. Well done to everybody involved, as there was a lot of work involved and there has been tremendous effort put in by all staff.

As from the 22^nd June we will be delivering our first course, so let’s hope that we can fill it and it runs as smoothly as all our other courses. A big thank you to the staff at City and Guilds for their help and information.

Safe4sure have also launched their Sister company, the Gas Monitor Centre. We are hoping that this will so us become nationally recognised as an expert in Gas Monitors, both from a sales point of view and also on the service and hire side. In our ongoing efforts to improve our facilities we have made some changes to our modern, up to date centre. Although already recognised as being more than adequate to provide the City and Guilds 6150 training module, we decided to improve the centre further by changing the Confined Space entry access and put more valves into the tunnels to test delegates skills for Risk Assessment and Permit to Work. We have also installed more lockers for delegates to be able to keep valuables in whilst working in the classroom.
