Q. How long is the certificate valid for on your course
A. all course certificates are 3 years unless stated
Q. How often do I need my gas detector calibrating.
A. Most manufacturers recommend a 6-monthly interval. However check with your supplier to find out. Also if you buy an Altair 4 from us we do the first calibration free.
Q. What are your courier/delivery charges?
A. Standard delivery is £9.99 on most items. However if you require an urgent delivery it is £14.99 for next day delivery.
Q. What if my safety boots don't fit
A. Simply return them and we will send the correct size, offer an exchange or if you really want a refund we will do that.
Q. What is the warranty period on the Altair 4
A. 2 years on all parts
Q. When I go on the confined space course what does it qualify me to do?
A. If you do the one day and pass you will be able to enter, work and perform self rescue procedures from the confined space. You will also be able to risk assess, be aware of the risk, write a safe working procedure, act as TOP man and also BOTTOM man. The 2 day allows you to perform the same tasks but you can use SCBA and are capable of performing rescue procedures.

Q. Would you come to site to advise on risk assessments etc?
A. Yes if you are local to us. if we have to travel we would need to negotiate a fee for one of our consultants to travel to site. Call us for details.
